I like that they listen to what you need, and not just go ahead and try to force their way into your business (like other web designers do). The team at Netbrhama are very friendly and easy to work with. They make it really simple to get things done quickly. There's nothing i dislike about them or their services! So far so good! We're currently using Netbramha Studio as our website designer/developer. Our websites have been developed by them since 2013 and we've seen no reason to switch away from them - their customer support has always exceeded expectations. The team at NB has been very responsive, helpful in every way possible! They have gone above&beyond to ensure that we are happy customers of their services (even after they've closed our account). We had some issues related to payment processing while using them but everything was resolved quickly so there wasn't any downtime or loss during this period either which made us feel better about working through these challenges together rather than individually as well - it's more cost-effective too!!
