The user interface makes it very easy to use, even if you are new at this game! It's so much easier than other tools I've used in my past jobs (like Google Analytics). You can see exactly what each person sees when they're using our product or service online - which helps us understand where we need improvement as well as how people perceive certain aspects about ourselves/our brand through their interaction with content from various sources like blogs etc., Social Media sites such as Facebook & Twitter, search results pages via google searches, webpages within websites itself including blog posts by others who have interacted wtih those same products / services.
