It was easy to set up our rewards program for our employees and we were able to configure the rules we needed for our business. We are still getting used to some of the features, but that is to be expected since this is a new product for us. I would highly recommend contacting the support team for any questions or concerns you may have during setup. They are very helpful and quick to respond. We had no issues with setting up our reward points program for our employees. The reporting is great! We can now see all of our activity within the system in one place. This makes it easier for us to manage everything in one location.
