User friendly for end user! Easy implementation with minimal training cost required (2 days). Seamless integration into our SharePoint site & Outlook 365 mailboxes is very helpful in managing large volume emails from multiple customer accounts. The performance could be better but it's definitely one of those things that can wait until their next major release which may take some time since they are still relatively new player in this space- market share wise. You will get used to its interface quickly once your trainings done. We use sharediene mainly for email address management by sending mass mails out via outlook365 mailbox. It helps us keep track of all active/ inactive customers hence reducing transactional costs at times when we send invoice directly through the system.
