Not for septums - my new review
The majority of these are far too small to be seen if you put them in your septum. The ones that are actually big enough to be seen in your nose, are not the best quality. I wore one for only a day and cleaned it only with saline solution and the paint pretty much just melted off. The other one I tried in my nose fell out after I gently rubbed my nose. Your money is better spent on a good quality nose ring then a pack of several junk ones
