This is a beautiful, original Kate Spade bag with no defects. No signs of use. The zipper works fine and there is a protective film on the metal part of the strap. I bought this for my daughter's 30th birthday and I'm so glad I did! She's a big fan of Kate Spade and she's going to love it. Good size, there is room for a phone, keys and other essentials. Highly recommended!
