Not practical - takes a long time to build

Don't waste your money. This decoration takes a long time to assemble as there are so many parts needed to make it look like the picture. The flower arrangement is very time consuming and it's all made out of tissue paper which tears very easily when trying to separate each piece to create a flower. I didn't use it on my daughter's birthday because it wasn't practical. If you want something practical, this isn't it.
