The software is easy to use, it provides excellent support for my clients' needs. I can provide quotes to my clients in real-time by simply typing their details into an Excel sheet. As with any software there are times when things get a little slow but this has nothing do with the quality of service. You have to be very careful with your client's information at all time as you don't want them giving out your details or asking anything personal. It also gives you the ability to provide quotes to multiple clients in one simple place. This saves me a lot of time.
