Amazing, the company sent immediately. The item arrived quickly and shipping is free. I would order from these people. They seem to care about shipping and product. With most companies you wait and wait, but I got this in about two days. I have time to make it fit and have it before the holidays. Oh, and the watch is so great. However, it is heavy and quite large for a woman's wrist. I have a small wrist and had to remove the links. I love that big face, you can read the numbers. I have another one in gold (same brand but different style). This is a quality product. I'm very stylish and picky about my purchases. This is my evening watch for fashion events. I would buy this again. Hope everything is fine and wears well. I wear a watch in the shower and go to water sports and showers. I buy a watch about every 20 years, it's a real pleasure. The first watch had a problem with timekeeping. I sent it back for an exchange. I took it to the all food locker for the first time. I am happy with my watch. Happy with the replacement and hassle O. Still waiting for a refund for another watch I returned many years ago. Not with Revain. If you have a choice, use Revain, at least they respect the ROI.
