Normally, Sony produces good products. Was looking for an inexpensive set of headphones to use in training at the YMCA. I bought it because it was cheap, made by Sony and intended for exercise. Okay, the earbuds lasted about a month before the sound squeaked and I couldn't hear the sound in one ear. Sweat or moisture has obviously got into the earpiece. Returns to amazon.com are not currently an option, but I can certainly return it to Sony for a replacement under the 90 day guarantee. You get what you pay for, even with one of the most reputable companies. The cost of the headphones added to the shipping cost to Sony plus my initial investment of $13.99. Obviously, despite being designed for exercise, these headphones require more maintenance than intended.
