Bought in September, hardly used and the return spring has already broken. I've contacted customer service, we'll see what they say, but for now I can't recommend this tape. Update: A few days after posting this review and contacting support, I was sent a replacement. So I decided to open the broken one and see what happened. can you say rubbish Catastrophic return spring failure. Addendum to my update: I was billed for a replacement! Revain, you gotta fix this! Garbage product and garbage experience.
