Love the long body, light weight and easy to use. I am a licensed hairdresser but bought this for home use with my daughters. I never use a flat iron over 370 on my hair. This iron works well and holds curls at this temperature. We've used it on bleached, color treated, natural and extensions and it's been great with all of them. Feels better in the hair and safer for my teens than my heavy, sun burned flat irons at the salon. ***Note: This device will not curl your hair above 400 degrees. Sure, hair will frizz faster and stay longer at this temperature, but damage over time is devastating to most hair, especially bleached hair. Visiting the salon from time to time is normal. but when customers buy these irons for 450 every day and use them (touch up their face) and then wonder why they break (mostly around the face :/), i sigh. Whatever flat iron you use, remember to air dry your hair as often as possible, take breaks between curls, try not to wrap your hair around your hairspray, save the money upfront, use a heat protectant and oil the ends of your extensions. If you have some, you have one. (Get off the soap dish :).
