I love how easy it is to use, all my employees can access this app from anywhere! The customer support team has been very helpful with any issues we have had or questions about their product as well in making changes needed for our business needs (it's not always what you think!).

If there are problems they come up fast & fix them right away so no hassle when dealing w/the platform at large!! Would like more customization options available such an adding additional services but still allowing others who don't need those features be able utilize theirs without having extra apps - if someone wants just one thing then why make 2? As mentioned above- great Customer Support Team. ! We've used Freshops since last year mainly because its user friendly which allows us quick training time once new hires begin working here within days after onboarding using mobile.
