It seems to work, the pace is incremental

It seems to work, but the temperature is recorded for some time and jumps ... for example I turn it on and the air temperature is recorded. Then I put some meat in and the temp reads 90, then 106, then 127, 165 for a few seconds. It's not clear when the temperature estimate will be made, and it doesn't increase the numbers by any specific amount. or in a certain time interval.
