Probably good for removing larger filters
I had an earlier version of this tool that was made in the USA. It was great. I'm taking him to Holland. Unfortunately, this tool has not survived a single use. I used it to change the oil filter on my Harley. The design seems wrong. It appears that the inner surface collides with the outer surface before the eccentric (hex) reaches full stroke. Removing the larger filter will probably be sufficient.
