Ordered 12-18m for my average height of 16m. Too large. I had to roll up my pants to avoid tripping and pin the straps. He just got out - easily. I think the girth is true to size but the length is slightly different. I suggest downsizing. I think the design is good enough and will just swap for a smaller size.
