I had high hopes for this tool but had to return it due to lack of technical support. I contacted the Launch corporate office (recommended by Revain) and they said they couldn't help because it was a foreign tool. I called the support team that came with the tool multiple times but to no avail. All this is only for registering the instrument. Unfortunately, I found it too much work to simply register the tool; I could imagine a bigger issue like warranty. When I bought the tool I didn't know it was a third party tool because when looking for better scanning tools this was always a complaint or a warning.
