Excellent Customer Service

You get what you pay for, glad this is a $30 product. But during the initial installation, one of the fastening straps broke. Be careful with this when tightening the straps. They ended up sending me a replacement bag without asking. It's nice to see that they care about their customers considering it was my fault in the first place. Thanks, people.
