Not quite sure. For Paper Lanterns

Every Christmas I grew up with a paper star on our window. My mother's portfolio was made of old thin paper and it was amazing that it held up year after year. That was excellent. I decided this year to buy these for my adult children. When they arrived today I pulled one out to see what it looked like. This paper is a lot thicker than my mom's, but it turned out to be more difficult to glue than I expected. I didn't really understand the written instructions in the description, nor did the instructions in the attached pictures help me. I was afraid I would tear it up before I figured out the trick. It was embarrassing, although maybe it wouldn't have been so awkward with two people. And even harder to remove the light when I wanted to remove it. But it was beautiful and would look great in the window at night. I'm a bit worried that the weight of the batteries will pull the wires as I don't have anything to hold the battery compartment in place and take the weight off the wires. Other lights could be put into it, but I don't know how to keep the star closed without additional lights. So I'm giving it 4 stars for beauty, 2 or 3 stars for ease of assembly, and I don't know how to measure strength at all. It may be great, but I really don't think it will last as long as my mom's. The time will show.
