We use to use them for customer onboarding (employee reference checks) but when one person changed companies I believe it was their client data that got mixed up. The information they gave me about who we could trust has been very helpful in our hiring process which is crucial these days. Nothing at this point. They do great work! Have worked across several different departments as required by my team. I like that it is very easy to use and understand. It has helped us keep track of who uses our service and where they are at in the process. There could be more features in other languages. We have used this for background checks for candidates for security positions. The ability to see what they've already completed helps us see if someone will fit into our team.
