Excellent sous vide with precise temperature control

Decided to try Inkbird sous vide. I've had Anova for a little over a year and use it almost every day. I really like it so I compared it to Inkbird. The inkwell is slightly larger. It's at the bottom of the container. It's also slightly larger overall. It circulated through the water really well, similar to Anova. In the time test, heating water to 10 degrees Celsius was almost 1 minute faster. Side-by-side, they stayed within 1 degree on temperature readings and confirmed this with an instant-read thermometer. Inkbird is also much quieter than Anova, you can barely hear it running. Inkbird offers many settings and tweaks that you can tweak, e.g. B. Temperature calibration and product-specific settings. If you need simple controls on your hob, anova makes it easy for you. It seems that the inkwell right on the stove has a lot more possibilities. The clip to attach to the container feels solid and is easy to use. It's not as stable as Anova on a plastic container, but it holds up very well on a pot and is more versatile. Overall this seems like a great sous vide plate and I would recommend it.
