When I received my headphones in the mail I was so excited that I charged them right away. Unfortunately they turned out to be buggy and I had to call their support team to find out and they didn't work. I'm still under warranty so I'm getting a new pair in the mail but that's a bit annoying. However, the representative was very friendly, he double checked my information and made sure I clearly understood my instructions on how to return the product. When you order these headphones, immediately check if everything is fine with them and if they work. I don't know how long the warranty lasts, but as a broke college student I'd rather not waste $20.
