I used it once and it printed a picture for me, I never had a good picture after that. The printer jams and the layers of paint that make up the image turn into a jumble of transparencies. I used Christmas and Birthday gift cards to purchase it and to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I spent hours desperately looking for a solution, I changed the film but I still had the same printer jam problem.
