It was a terrible purchase, but I wasted my money.

Went to Nespresso for a warranty repair and it turned out to be the MOST DISGUSTING SERVICE I have ever dealt with. How do you generally work in Hong Kong with such a level of service? In support, the operator and I discussed the repair conditions, the master takes the coffee machine and diagnoses it for 20 days, for the time of diagnosis they give the coffee machine a replacement. As a result, the coffee machine was NOT GIVEN for REPLACEMENT, it is not available, we agreed that when free machines appear in stock, it will be provided to us. 20 days pass, silence. I call support again, they say that the car is under repair, the repair will last 45 days, they CANNOT PROVIDE the car for REPLACEMENT, since the repair has already begun, the operator replies to all claims memorized "I understand your dissatisfaction." In the USA Nespresso replaces cars within a day, in Hong Kong within 65 DAYS. Draw your own conclusions.

  • The first six months the car worked tolerably. Sometimes it refused to start, after which it stopped working altogether.
Cons
  • Broke after six months of use.
