My new smartphone damaged.

The product damaged the protective film that is put on the Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus. It grabs the edge of the protective film and peels it off. Be very careful when attaching the front panel, otherwise you will tear off the protective film. I called Otterbox and they told me it's not their problem and they won't report it. I recommend tightening the front first as the problem could be the tightness of the case.
