Got this for about $60 with shipping. I had an H7 but wanted some of the RGB lights on my CPU cooler to match my motherboard and RAM so I went with this one. My 9700k idles at 21C, in game I've never seen it go over 55C at stock speeds. I would say it can easily overclock a bit. The downside is that the NZXT Cam software is required to see the CPU temperature and control the lighting. So if you use MSI Afterburner with it, you can't see the CPU temp, only on the cam. Additionally, if you have an RTX GPU, you won't be able to see fan speed or set a custom GPU fan curve.
