Review on PortaSwitch by Mike Hernandez

The most helpful thing about this product is it's ability to integrate with our existing PBX system. It has been very easy to train new users since they are able to use familiar tools like Skype or Teamspeak. We have not found anything we dislike yet. I would recommend trying out their free version first just so you get used to how things work. We were looking for something simple to help us manage incoming calls from clients who needed support while also being able to easily place outgoing phone calls without having to manually dial each number one at a time.
