What I don't like is that I bought 2 of them. Installed it as a housewarming gift for my best friends. When after a few months one of the handles fell off. I think it has a little spring or pin to hold it in place. That's why I'm contacting the warranty department. They gave me a tracking number on September 8th, 2020. It is now September 24, 2020 and there is still no new pen. My friend cannot use the front door. I guess I'll just have to go and order a new one. But it won't be MILOKS. Because they cannot vouch for their product. I sent them another email today with the tracking number but I'm not holding my breath. Update 02/10/2020 I finally got a new set of pens. I will say that the lock part works well. Hope the new pen holds up!
