The dock works well, I use it for both my Macbook Pro for work and my personal Lenovo laptop. Installing the drivers for OSX High Sierra required some searching to find them, the dock itself on their website doesn't say there are drivers for it. Just click on the latest OSX driver and from there you will see the High Sierra option. I use 3 monitors, wireless keyboard and mouse, ethernet, microphone and headphones and everything works great. Much easier than plugging and unplugging tons of cables every day when I get to work. The only real downside is that I can't charge my laptop through the dock like many docks (my laptop does everything over USB-C so everything can be done with a cable) but at this price point I didn't have a dock that option, that I could find.
