This product works for what we need it for. We hooked it up to 2 bubblers in our hermit crab tanks. One for 2 cups of fresh water and one for 2 cups of salt water. If you use a splitter you have to turn it up high enough to get enough bubbles and the noise gets louder but our daughter can still sleep in her room at night just a few feet from the tank. Good value for money but could do with a bit more power without the extra noise.
