I love how easy it is for me as the manager of my team, to update our training content at any time without having to rely on someone else. It is very simple and straightforward system which makes it easier for everyone in the organization to access and use. Not much dislikes here other than maybe some minor UI/UX things like font size etc., but nothing major (yet). The biggest benefit we have realized with this tool is being able to keep up with all of our employee's requirements quickly instead of going back and forth between multiple vendors. This has allowed us more control over who gets trained when versus waiting months or even years to get new people trained. We also save money since most companies charge thousands per month just to be able to do one offs.
