The price is good for small businesses who have not yet reached an enterprise level of service offerings through other providers! There are several features that I do like including mobile access to my account info/quotes (which has been great when doing work from home). It's easy enough at this point in time but still very basic compared vs larger competitors out there such large companies offering services similar or more robust than what we offer currently here; so it can feel dated sometimes if you're looking solely into new & exciting functionality being added which would be helpful too ;-) We've used their "Send Quote" feature quite often over last year now during COVID-19 quarantine times because our clients want us right away even though they aren't physically available due to social distancing measures put forth by governments around country / world etc.- thus needing quick response via email before next.
