Had to return the first set and get a refund to order them again and wait for a new set. This becomes a very common issue for Revain and they have to deal with the quality control issue. At least they accepted that return. I just got stuck with 2 EXTRA sets of identical very expensive pens because they sent me 3 and I ordered 1. I will be taking screenshots of all my orders from now on. I am not satisfied. But everything else aside, this new set (as long as none of them dry out and pop like the previous set) is very good. I think for therapeutic reasons I could really use them after the day/week I've had with a good coloring book I don't usually use but I have some great ones. literally as soon as I open the box. Maybe I should start recording this process with a timestamp so I don't get stuck in the garbage. It's very expensive for what they are IMO. But they are beautiful and I think the brand is very high quality. That's it.
