Very strong, it takes a lot of effort to bend them.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rings. I was expecting cookie cutters to bend easily, but they are very strong. There are no seams either. The first thing I did was make crumpets with it and they came out perfect (and delicious). Following my recipe, I sprayed the inside with nonstick cooking spray just before adding the batter. They slid right off the donuts without sticking. Very easy to wash. I look forward to trying other recipes with them, such as Japanese pancakes.
