Very sensitive teeth and (too) expensive white stripes hurt me. This stuff is beyond amazing. After 20 years of smoking and drinking, my teeth have become very dark. Regular toothpaste doesn't even come close to doing what this stuff can do. In just a few days my teeth are significantly and noticeably whiter and my whole mouth looks very healthy. STEP 2. Not sure if I should cover and leave the teeth or not but they just brushed and left the foam on for a minute. The taste and consistency of the gel is similar to what makes up the white streaks, so I left the foam on for a while. All in all a very good product but with the same results as the white stripes.
