The buttons are very hard to press and I can't even use them. Charging connector doesn't fit/stick

This case was so difficult to put on and take off that both my partner and I developed finger pain after speaking. The volume buttons are very difficult to press and don't even work. Not even the charging port fits. Putting it on a new phone was just BAD. Destruction of my charger and the charging port on my phone. I tried trying but after trying to even use my phone it was just awful and felt sticky
