This is the lowest shower head I have ever used and I have bought quite a few. I decided to cut open my wand to see what was restricting the flow so much. As you can see the internal limiter is very limited and you cannot remove it as it is built into the shower head. I can't imagine you would have felt pressure if you hadn't removed the removable restrictor/aerator. As you can see there is a black rubber gasket to restrict the flow but the worst thing is that the throat is narrowed and the hole leading to the area under the black choke is smaller than the hole in the black choke. The shower head is easy to install, leak-free and durable. I just don't understand how this is advertised as high blood pressure. We have very good printing in our house and I don't think the warranty covers sawing a shower head in half with a hacksaw so I'm hoping this helps some people decide on a new shower head. I will buy something else.
