Comfortable and Helpful

I purchased this to help me do squats and bridges better because the metal bar causes a lot of discomfort and pain. This genuinely makes such a difference. I used to have such a hard time doing squats due to flexibility and comfort issues but using this makes it so much easier. Very happy with my purchase.

One black strap broke, other than that has saved me from bruises

Cons

The ankle strap may not provide enough resistance for some exercises
