I love these shoes! I usually wear a 7.5 but ordered a 7 as my size was out of stock. They are a little tight but fit as expected and I would recommend ordering your normal size. I honestly already have a few extras for it and I've only worn them twice. Very convenient! I could imagine running in them as they are snug on the foot, but wouldn't recommend running long distances in them as they aren't really designed for that.
