Poor customer service

I will never buy a DJI product again. I bought the Ronin S 3 months ago, never had smooth shots but thought it would be a ninja walk. Sent it to DJI and they said the tilt motor is bad. Now they say they don't know when they'll have parts to fix. They should only replace Ronin. So a product that is less than 3 months old has a defective motor and they have no parts to fix and they simply will not replace the product. Bad customer care.
