I’m 5’4, 150lbs, and carry weight in my midsection. I ordered size 10 and it is marked as 2XL. I often wear size 8 or L pants. I purchased to wear as part of wizard costume. I was able to wear the skirt, but if I had had time, I would have returned for size or two larger. I could only wear right on my natural waist, making it QUITE short in the rear. I wore it with a robe and boyshorts swim bottom underneath so it wasn’t a big deal for the costume but I will probably see if my 12 year old wants to wear it in the future. Otherwise it was pretty cute. Just size up one (or two) more size(s) than you think you already need to size up :-)
