What is that smell? best for women

One size was the only size so didn't fit the hourglass I was hoping for. As per other reviews, yes it has a fishy smell. So strange. It's wrapped in plastic, but PU! this smell is obvious. I'm airing it right now and will follow the directions to dry it clean. Once I get used to the belt I think I'll like it because it covers my midsection. The photo is with a dress and skirt. Much better with a dress.
