This speaker is perfect for outdoor use! Received it, fully charged and used it on my SUP… The main attraction for me was the microSD card slot as I would like to be able to copy music files to the SD card and be able to use the speaker as a standalone source (no need for Bluetooth streaming) and needed something that was waterproof for use in the river. That's it! This is the perfect solution. To be honest it could have sounded louder... but having ZERO distortion even at max volume is a good thing. I was a little skeptical about the "360 Sound" design, which added tweeters on a thin bridge between either end of the speaker... but it works! This distributes the music evenly throughout the room. Now let's wait and see how long he can stand outside. I've only had it for 1 week, I've used it for 3 long sessions, it's still working on the first charge of the battery!
