Terribly wrinkled after 2 weeks!
This bag looked promising for professional use. However, it was heavily dented when unpacked. I stuffed it and let it sit, thinking it would relax and take shape. It didn't even happen after 2 weeks. Also, the insert is dark and oddly shaped, making the structured bag a sort of hobo bag. The idea is good. The performance is terrible. If you're looking for a well-structured bag, this isn't it.
