Ok where do I start I was so excited to get this straightener from Miroprue. 😁 It was sealed in the original packaging. The brush was in a gray pouch on the top. I read rave reviews and decided to give it a try! The best investment! I had an hour to fulfill it. I have to be completely honest, I ate and watched TV! $ If it wasn't for me I would have done it in 30 seconds. It's very easy and my 13 year old ready in 15 minutes! I would recommend it to all women. You no longer have to sit in the cabin for 3 hours! I'll give an update in a month! So you know what you're thinking! 😊Updated on 10/12/2018 After getting my nieces' hair done for my dad's funeral. I've been using it a few weeks later and it doesn't get past 350 anymore, so disappointed! I had high hopes! 😡Update 01/13/19 I would like to start by saying this company is top notch when it comes to customer service with their products. Zoe emailed me about a problem I had with the heating. I missed her first email because it ended up in spam, but Zoey texted me again to make sure I saw the first email. After the second email she assured me that she was very sorry to hear about the problem with the Miropure heater. Zoe sent me a new one and I was so glad this heater came back. Thank you Zoya and Miropure! You guys really value your customers! *** You didn't ask me to write a review!
