Maybe I'm using it wrong - I've just started to use a router - but it looks like I have a bearing on the bit and the blades don't match. This will cut into the bearing side of what you are milling about 1/32 of an inch. See photos. You can see that the right side of the blade is not vertically aligned with the bearing. I suppose I could sand down this comb but thought it would be smoother, especially given all the positive reviews. Unfortunately my returns window closed on May 27th. Luckily I tested it on a small piece of wood. Although for me this thing is practically useless.
