Review on Enhanced 4K/HD/HDR Streaming: Roku Ultra with Premium JBL Headphones by Adam Walsh

I am very disappointed with this Roku model. Having had a Roku 3 for many years and never had an issue, I expected this model to perform well as well. I bought it on October 26th, after a few weeks my TV went dark and silent, then the Roku home screen appeared and I had to go back to the app to finish the program I was watching. At first I thought it was my TV and hired a TV technician. But today I realized it was Roku. The sound continued to distort, coming in and out. I checked my HDMI audio cable, then turned off the soundbar and tried the TV audio. The same problem occurred. Then I switched from Roku to my TV apps. Sound was restored immediately on both the TV and the soundbar. When I switched back to Roku it was still distorted and gone. I restarted Roku and the sound is back. Throughout the morning Roku had to restart due to audio and video issues. Only 5 days left until the end of the returns window and this mess is happening. I can't imagine it getting better, it's getting worse. This Roku is complete junk and not worth the price. So disappointed in Roku. I kick myself for not returning it before Revain's 30 day return window.
