Like. It works great and the hose is very flexible. It's very easy. Very well packaged, tape included. If I remember correctly, the reviewer thought that the holder that screws onto the shower pipe doesn't rotate up or down, thus holding the shower head in one position. Loosen the ring on the holder to loosen the ball joint. It turns as it should. I bought bronze and the water is hard. I don't know how long the finish or any part of it will take. But I would replace it with this one. Hard water is my problem, not his problem. I never want to get stuck with an inflexible hose again. This one is perfect.
