Great printer! We were looking for something more compact for travel instead of the Brother MFP (we like to travel by car and take the MFP with us in order to always be in touch). The most compact laser printer with the best price/quality ratio was this printer! Works great, prints and scans very good quality. Many here complained about the sound, I won’t say that it’s really very loud. Yes, if everyone is asleep, you won't turn it on. Well, it's the same with other printers. But in general, friends, depending on the purposes for which you acquire. I have it as a backup, for small volumes. As for the software installation, yes, it could not do without dancing with a tambourine. BUT, I would like to sincerely thank the HP technical support staff, who here in the reviews several times wrote detailed instructions on how to install drivers. Everything worked out for me the third time! ) I had to remove everything and install it without connecting the printer.
