UPDATED (10 months after purchase) - The original issues mentioned in the original review have been resolved with replacement. With weekly or biweekly use for no more than 5 minutes at a time, the same and new problems slowly developed over a 10 month period to the point where I could no longer use them - read below for details. - Leakage during solution tank cleaning has worsened to the point where all liquid has completely drained. It took me forever to realize that I didn't spray it all out, it leaked after removing it. I don't even want to think about wasting money buying refills. I haven't changed the location. I have no idea! - It doesn't take long to charge and loads so slowly. - Spray no longer works. Pull the trigger and nada. This thing works on stains if it works properly. FORMER POST: Thing removes stains and does what it's supposed to; however, I encountered two problems. When not in use and sitting, I noticed that it was leaking. Also, the power cord connector is inconvenient to use. The instructions say the connector slips when you insert it, but it's more like you have to push it hard. When I did it the first time I was afraid I would break something.
